I don't know if im in the right place to ask this question
but for some reason it doesn't show any programs for me to
remove in the add remove folder. I need to remove a couple
programs but i can't because it doesn't show anything to
remove. Can somebody please tell me what is wrong and what
i can do to fix it.

Sometimes installed programs may not show up there, especially older
programs. Does the program you are trying to uninstall have it's own
uninstaller? Usually it will be on the Start>programs menu in the same place
with the program's icon.

I know but there is not one program in my add remove
folder. About a week ago every program i had installed was
there. Now they are all gone. I want to know how to get
them listed there again so i can remove some programs
because they do not have seperate uninstallers.

You are in the right place.
If you persist, you will have an excellent chance to get this fixed.

All Installed Programs May Not Be Displayed in the Add/Remove Programs
Tool
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q240/3/48.asp

I have fixed several of these recently for others.
The problem will occur in these two situations:

1. The uninstall keyname for an application is greater than 63
characters.
Solution: Rename the keyname.
e.g. this is invalid
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234]

2. The DisplayName for the key is greater than 63 characters.
Solution: Shorten DisplayName
e.g. this is invalid
"DisplayName"="1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234"

If you need a second opinion, export the key to a text file and email
it to me.

*** Note that the invalid entry that can cause this is not necessarily
connected with the ones missing so you must check all entries.
