Remove "Temporary Internet files" automagically

Hi.
1. Is there a way to clean the TIF on startup?
Something like the TweakUI "Paranoia" settings will be the best solution.
2nd best will be a utility that will do it and I could run from the Startup folder.

2. The same applies to \Windows\Temp

BTW, regedit is a valid option.

I use TIF-Clean from Eric Howe.It cleans out them out at the DOS level (lE
Options doesn't) every time you startup.Simple and small and it works

BTW, it took me some time to realize JRT is your name.. I thought you
