Just upgraded from Quicken 2003 Basic to Quicken 2004
Deluxe. When in Planning report mode, every time I
click 'Done' my computer crashes with "Windows An error
has occurred.... Error:0E:016F:BFF8E64B" The fault log
varies from "QW has caused a general protection fault in
module KRNL386.EXE at 0002:000031a0" to "QW caused a
general protection fault in module USER.EXE at
000a:00002009 or 001f:00002ff6a". I have run thorough
ScanDisk, Run thorough virus check, uninstalled Quicken
and re-installed in Safe Mode, created a new test file -
still experience the problem every time - also a couple
other random operations within Quicken have caused crash,
such as printing a report.
Any help? Quicken website is useless. Wish I'd bought
Money instead!
