I heard there was a special tool that will delete IE
BUt this is how i do it.

install ,reboot.
My Computer,Control Panel,ad remove/programs,(Select)
Internet Explorer Q something and then
select Microsoft Internet Explorer any build (s) and remove
write down what you delete!
reboot
Use Start, then Find , look in C:, then type in
Microsoft Explorer, or IE. etc....... delete almost
everything
except the (shared library's) reboot.
Google: CCLEANER 1.0.3.69 latest download
learn to use all functions. clean everything!
reboot.
Google: Internet Explorer download (only if you want it )
