I have a digital camera that uses a USB port. This has worked fine until I
took my computer into get fixed. Now, the camera won't respond to the
computer. I've checked the camera manual but there were no answers there.
What I've noticed though is that in System Properties -> Device Manager,
there is no USB listed, where I think there should be. I think the problem
may lie around this.

Thanks for anyone's help

Check in the BIOS to make sure that USB is enabled there.

BIOS Startup keys

Try Delete or F1 (some are the key pressed TWICE in rapid succession.)

Look here for a 'complete' list (it's not really but that's a given as
there's surely one which isn't listed.)

http://www.iomega.com/support/documents/2157.html

They've a rather comprehensive list, keep trying all of those until you get
the right one. Also, if you must, then you may need to pull the jumper
located on the mother board so that you can dump it's contents and set it
back to default. That would be in the manual MAYBE (if you got it) but most
don't get it so you would have to get your MoBo's #'s and look it up online.
Google's your friend and will help you find the correct jumper to pull,
place on in a different configuration, and finally replace where it was when
you found it.
