When I print from my printer all documents come out with blue lines running
through the sentences. This has happened in the last 2 weeks. Have a
current anti virus programme as well as ad-aware, spybot etc and all are run
very often. Have also noticed blue blocks of colour appear sometimes on web
pages as well.
Any help/suggestion very welcome!!
Thanks, Donal

All documents or only those printed from a specific application? If a
specific application what us it and what version? For example do you see
a blue line when printing a page from Internet Explorer or Notepad. If
this happens regardless of the application from which printed what happens
when you print a test document using the printers built-in test routine?

Donal,

If the test page when printed from the printer (rather than from your PC)
has the same problem this suggests that the problem is with the printer
and not the system to which it is connected. Have you tried contacting
Epson or looking for possible help via their web site?
