When I start my computer from either a cold boot or a
restart, it goes to a black screen that says everything
has been detected but "Press F1 to Resume". Does anybody
know what is wrong? Thank You.

The probability here is that your CMOS battery is running down, and unable
to maintain the voltage required to keep the BIOS settings.

Are you also having problems with the Date/time???
If so, then it's almost certainly the battery - a $5 replacement from any
store (usually it's a 2032 type flat cell - check your manual)

Good Luck - make sure you follow the instructions which hopefully are in the
manual!
