Hi Professionals,

I have an urgent enquiry with regards to Outlook
Express'mails and addresses. How do i backup the e-mails
and addresses for reformating my notebook??? What is the
path name to the different identities that i have created?
i have created several user name, mainly the Main Identity
has everything. and maybe A/B/C identity. How can i backup
all the e-mails before i reformat the whole thing?
Please help. i need your answer within the next 2 hours
latest.

C:\Windows\Application Data\Identities

Locate the folder for the most recent file, say..5/04/04, which should
contain all your current folders, e-mails, contacts, newsgroups, etc. Then
just copy the folder, or individual files and save to a backup folder, I use
C:\OutlookExpress Backup. If you lose your files and info for some reason
need to import this information at a later date, at least you have a backup.
I make it a point to back mine up at least once a mo. Sure glad I do too,
I've lost everything and it save a *ton* of problems, as I just imported
everything back in. Voila! ;-)
