Mart and Norman,
Thanks for taking a stab at my question. I had hoped this minor
irritant with Open With would have an obvious solution. Sigh. What I
will probably do is use xxcopy to make a backup copy of my hard drive
and then boot from the backup and try some of the things you have suggested.
