"Open With" missing from Dialoge box

After installing Norton AntiVirus, "Open With" is missing
from Right click Dialoge box...

How to fix?

Check your registry for the key in the attachment. If the entry is not in
your registry, save the file to your HD, and then right-click the file and
choose Merge.

2. Use System Restore to roll your system back to the last
restore point before you trashed your system by installing

Is this a problem with NAV 2004? I'm running NAV 2002 and don't have this
problem. Should I continue with 2002 and just keep my subscription up to
