MS Office 97 Power Point in MSME

Is there a version of MS Power Point that will
work/install with Win Me???? I have tried installing from
an old MS Office 97 installation disk and am told that the
install.exe is not a valid Win32 application. Is there a
way around this. I can run the PP program from the MS
Office 97 disk but haphazardly. Lots of features won't
work because they haven't been installed. Would appreciate
any email responses. thanks.

Sounds as if your Office 97 disc is damaged. Office 97 and all its
components work fine on WinMe.
