I recently installed Norton SystemWorks 2004 on a Windows ME PC.

The setup informs me that installation is successful.

Upon reboot, Norton AntiVirus AutoProtect is running.

However, I cannot launch Norton AntiVirus to do a manual scan.

I used Norton's website to verify that no virus was on the system.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Michael

Best advice is to uninstall NAV2004 and return it for refund as 'not fit for
purpose' when using ME.

send Norton's Customer Service a query, there seem to be issues caused
by their 2004 suite with WindowsME.
