I followed a Microsoft help file that told me to choose
another registry file so I could start using system restor
again. Now when I boot I get several error messages. I
am going to work on them one at a time. I think I can
take care of the Norton error message by reinstalling.
The one that I think I need so I can get back on the
internet is the following:
Network Error
The Support Tuner has encountered a network error. Check
the state of the network and try again.
I already looked in the microsoft help files and can't
find this one.
