Mprexe caused exception in 03h module

We ran disk fragmenter on Saturday 10/25. It ran fine,
and computer was fine afterward. Upon booting up this
morning, my mother had this error message, and many
others, pop up and windows me will not start. All she
gets is her background screen. My mother is not computer
literate, so I will have to go up and fix it. How can I
fix this error? We have a backup emergency disk, but not
the original CDrom for windows me, it was lost. We also
have windows 98. What can I do to fix this????

Michele,

Is your Mom running an older version of Mcafee antivirus ?
If she is, she needs to update the Cmapieng.vxd file.
Suggest you contact Mcafee for the updated version.
