I have a Gateway Solo 1200 that is running Windows
Millennium and on boot up I get the Splash Screen and
then the windows background and for a split second the
Windows bar. Then all I have is the Background and my
mouse. Nothing else works. It there anything I can try
other then restoring the PC to original and loosing my
data?
