When I start or shutdown & restart my computer a box pops
up in the middle of my screen that has an OK box that I
have to click to make it close.

The box reads: "program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\PRECISION
TIME\PRECISIONTIME.EXE"

and under that: "abnormal program termination"

How do I get my computer to stop doing this and is it a
virus? I have Norton and it does not pick up anything when
I scan the computer. Please email me if you can help at
bigelk@steveshunts.com - I am computer challenged and need
all the help I can get.

Steve,

It would behoove you to download and install these spyware programs :
AdAware http://lavasoftusa.com
Spybot http://security.kolla.de

Take the time to read the Readme and Help files of both programs to
achieve the best protection for your system . Use the in-program update
mechanism found in both programs to keep them up to date. Suggest you
use Spybot to scan your system for "nasties" only unless you know what
it is doing to/for your OS.
