Microsoft Photo Editor

Using Microsoft ME, whenever I attempt to open an image it
goes to Microsoft Photo Editor to do so.
How can I have system automatically go to another program
first to open an image or how can I remove Microsoft Photo
Editor(it was loaded automatically when I loaded Microsoft
Office 97)?

You have to reassign the Graphic File association (JPG, JPEG, BMP, TIF, etc) to a different
program.
