I need help. I keep getting the following error in
Outlook Express: MSIMN has caused an error in Kernel
32.dll. MSIMN will close now. What is the problem and
how do I fix it?

I have. All I have found say something about invalid page
fault in kernel32.dll. I haven't been able to find the
error message I've received. Everything I find has to do
with invalid page errors.

Sorry it did not help. Hopefully one of the guru's will be along to point
you in the right direction as most of the sites I picked up on were in
connection with invalid page faults.
Sorry
Joan

I found out while searching in the Microsoft Knowledge
Database to look at the Faultlog.txt file and it would
give you a better definition of the error message. The
following is the message I found in that file.

MSIMN caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0187:bff6117e.

Registers:
EAX=00000000 CS=0187 EIP=bff6117e EFLGS=00010246

Does this ring a bell with anyone? And what do I do to
fix the problem or keep the message from popping up and
having to restart the computer. This error happens only
in Outlook Express and my operating system is Windows ME.
I have already reloaded Outlook Express and Internet
Explorer with the lastest upgrade from Microsoft last
night (11/3/03)and have received the message 1 time since
then, but I have not been in Outlook Express over 5
minutes today.

Thanks for your help Joan with the site you mentioned
earlier.
