My problem is that I cannot view any webpages that have
been saved to my computer. I can still save pages but
cannot view new or old ones. When I try to do anything
(open, rename, delete, even highlight the icon, you name
it) I receive an Explorer error - MSHTML.DLL Help
please. I don't know why this is. I don't know how to
fix this. Thank you.

How long is it since you visited Windows Update? I suggest you go there
and get all the patches and fixes you can.
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

April 2003, Cumulative Patch for Outlook Express (330994): (Available
from
Windows Update)
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/330994/default.asp

This update applies to Outlook Express with the following operating
systems:

Windows XP SP1 64-bit Edition
Windows XP SP1
Windows XP
Windows 2000 SP3
Windows NT® 4.0 SP6A
Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me)
Windows 98 SE

And there is an update for Internet Explorer which should also be
installed
(Available from Windows Update)
813489 - MS03-015: April, 2003, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813489

The Internet Explorer update fixes the problem with the mshtml.dll file
which has been causing system crashes when pasting text into an Outlook
Express message or hitting the Enter key in succession while composing a
message.
