To Microsoft Update Support
Since the last Windows update, I am losing about 70
percent of my incoming mail, and part of my outgoing mail.
I use Windows ME and Outlook Express. ISP is Earthlink via
Time Warner (Brighthouse) cable.
I have called EarthLink 4 times and worked with their
techs for about 3 hours, also spent about an hour using
Earthlink "Chat" support. No problems found my computer,
Outlook Express settings, or with their end so far.
The mail is visible with MailWasher and EarthLink Web
Mail, never arrives.
