Don't enter a password and then click enter and you should hopefully never see
the screen again.

See MS KB 152104 - "How to Prevent a Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows
Me Logon Prompt at Startup" (http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=152104).

To prevent the Logon dialogue from displaying when you start Windows, see the
following page
How to Prevent a Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Me Logon Prompt at Startup
[Q152104]:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;152104
or;

Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Network.
On the Configuration tab, select "Windows Logon" in the Primary Network Logon
box, and then click OK.
If you are asked for a password on the next restart, press the [ENTER] key or
click "OK". DO NOT click "Cancel"
