ME CD's did not come with a sticker (unlike XP) as a rule, merely a
holographic attachment on the CD case/manual.
The copy may be legitimate - but it's possible that the vendor has still got
it installed on their PC, which would make it illegal for you to install it
on yours.
Any 'shrink-wrapped' 'MS' ME CD without a hologram on both CD and the
Product Key document is a definite pirate.
