My Kodak EasyShare software has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL and
closes. Anyone know how to fix this?

Has this problem always happened when using Kodak EasyShare? If not what
changes if any do you remember making to EasyShare? If only recently it
might be worth using system restore and restoring your system to a date
when EasyShare worked. If however EasyShare has never worked you might
want to uninstall it and then try reinstalling it again.

When I first installed, it worked for several months, then, after my
son hooked up his PSP, that's when all the trouble started. I have
since uninstalled, used the "clear" utility from the Kodak page, and
then reinstalled, it didn't work until I deleted old pics from camera
and tried it again.
Thanks.

I'm not quite sure I understand you here. Are you saying that having
deleted some old pics the utility is now working again? If so it might be
that the images were corrupted in some way. Sorry not to be able to help
further as I have no experience of this particular piece of software.

Next time the error happens press Alt+D while the error message is
still on the screen. That will bring up the Detailed Error Message
which has more information about the error.

Copy the first part of the Detailed Error Message, up to the word
Registers:, and post that information in a reply back here.

Good luck
