When I boot up, I keep getting an error message as
follows: "The IPHLPAPI.DLL file cannot start. Check this
file to determine the problem." I have contacted Gateway
about this and they have guided me through several things,
but nothing has worked. Gateway suggested that I re-
install my Windows program. This would be a big
undertaking to back up everything in order to do this.
Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, what solution
did you try?
