"INTELLIGENT EXPLORER"

All of a sudden, today, my toolbar area has a new toolbar,
Intelligent Explorer. I keep clicking it off but when a
new window opens, it is back. When I close explorer and
re-open, it's back. How do I get rid of this annoying
toolbar?

The annoying toolbar is Spyware!
