hdserv - hrdserv - or HIDSERV????
HIDSERV is related to USB devices - often keyboard and mice
Try rebooting to Safe Mode
Open Device MAnager
Remove ALL USB devices,
Remove ALL USB controllers
Reboot to Normal Mode - windows should reinstall the drivers.
