    - Error Message I am getting this message every time I boot up my PC: motivesb has caused an error in kernel32.dll The only thing that I have done before getting this message is that I tryed to install a new printer HP cartridge. HP said this is not related to a cartridge but to remove the matcli.exe from startup. I did this and I do not get the error message. The motivesb and matcli files have something to do with the Verizon directory who is my DSL provider. I do not understand why the problem occurred and why removing the matcli.exe from start-up fixed the problem. Anyone who has an answer, please email me at above address.     - Unwanted Toolbar I am trying to unsubscribe from GroupLotto. But when I clicked the unsubscribe address, they added a ?Fun and Games? toolbar to Internet Explorer. The website for this tooIbar is toolbar.pickoftheweb.com. I know I can go to View|Toolbars| and remove the check by the ?Fun and Games Toolbar? so that the toolbar will not be visible, but I would like to remove the software from my computer.     - Error in MSVCRT.DLL..? Hi all, I have been using my scanner on and off today to scan pics and such for a family member. It was working perfectly until I suddenly got an error message while loading a scan, that said... Message box heading: Hposcv07 HPOSCV07: Caused an error in MSVCRT.DLL and will now close. And then when you click OK, it shuts the scan process down and returns to the main menu. In doing a search, I found a list located in various Program Files, one being for the HP G55 all-in-one printer unit I have. I rebooted and it would work for a time or two, then I'd get the message again. I have no idea what the MSVCRT.DLL is for, so I'm a bit puzzled as to what has caused the error or where to troubleshoot the problem. I am directed to hit any key and then my wallpaper is almost immediately displayed and Windows starts. Somebody was playing with it before I arrived and somehow came across this error message which pops up with every start- up...Rundll32 has caused an error in newdotnet3_23.dll. Rundll will now close. The computer is new to the person, so I was simply going to use the gateway disks to bring the computer to the original configuration to start it fresh, but the original owner can't find them. I then thought about a reformat, but with a gateway...it has a built in sound and video card. So I am nervous about drivers for them. On top of it all, even with the modem installed properly and is running properly, the computer refuses to log on to the internet. Any help or information is more than helpful.     - wireless networking in windows me Hi, I use Win Me and Win XP in one machines. I have Edimax wireless card. When i connect to my AP from win xp my conection speed superb and it does not toake long to configure. I tried with both win XP config and card utility config. Both working fine. Problem: When i installed the card with win Me. It even some times does not identify the AP as well. But after couple of refreshes it finds the AP. When i connect with it it shows poor connectivity comparing to win xp data rate like 175kbps to 30 kbps. in the utiliy window signal strengths appear same in both OS Please help me, what could cause things slowing down in ME. I am getting repetative "error in HHCTRL.OCX" messages
when closing programs. Everything seems to be running
alright and the errors don't cause any noticable problems
after I respond to them but I'd like to eliminate them if
possible. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
