Whenever I try to use any startup items or click on items
in the desktop I get an error message concerning explorer
and GWS.dll that says it cant be found and I should
restart computer.. also the kernel32.dll error will appear
in some programs.. anyone with any assistance it would be
greatly appreciated. The computer is a firehouse computer
and I really need to get this problem solved if possible..

Kernel32.dll errors are most often associated with outdated video
display
drivers. Try visiting the manufacturer's website to see if they offer
updated drivers for your video display card. If not, try reducing
hardware
acceleration and see if that fixes it:

1. Right-click the My Computer icon on the Desktop, then click
Properties.
The System Properties dialog box appears.
2. Click the Performance tab.
3. Under Advanced Settings, click Graphics. The Advanced Graphics
Settings
dialog box appears.
4. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider to the left one or two
positions.
5. Click OK, then restart the system when prompted.
