All my files are now in folders. I click on the folder and
it says "Open With," and lists a menu. I have no idea what
to open each folder with. How can I get my files back to
where I can just click on a file and read the info?

Your files are supposed to be in folders <g>. Anyway, this should
"reassociate" folders:
1. Click Start>Settings>Control Panel and open up Folder Options.
2. Click the File Types tab.
3. Click New.
4. In the box, type N/A and click Advanced.
5. On the new big box (it may take a few seconds to be ready), scroll down to
Folder. Click OK. Click OK Again. That should do it!
