I sometimes get an error message:
EXPLORER
caused an error in KERNEL.32.DLL....
what could that be from?
Will I need to restore my computer?

Next time the error happens press Alt+D to bring up the Detailed Error
Message. Make note of the first part of the Detailed Error Message,
up to the word Registers:, and then check out the information on MVP
