I keep on getting the same three messages:

Config parser error.
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\URTTEMP\config\machine.config
Parser returned error 0x80070003

and

Wksss has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL

and

Backweb Error
Cannot start BackWeb:BWFiles.DLL not found or invalid.

What can I do and what do they mean? Also, my computer
keeps on showing that there is not enough memory to open files.

Thank you, hope someone can help.
