I am getting this message every time I boot up my PC:
motivesb has caused an error in kernel32.dll
The only thing that I have done before getting this
message is that I tryed to install a new printer HP
cartridge. HP said this is not related to a cartridge
but to remove the matcli.exe from startup. I did this and
I do not get the error message. The motivesb and matcli
files have something to do with the Verizon directory who
is my DSL provider.
I do not understand why the problem occurred and why
removing the matcli.exe from start-up fixed the problem.
Anyone who has an answer, please email me at above address.
Thank you
