I hope someone can help me concerning Outlook Express.
Whenever I click on "Create Mail", the top of the email
says "New Message - Korean". I keep changing the encoding
back to "Western" and I can send the email. But as soon
as I try to send a new email, it goes back to Korean. Can
anyone help me get it back to normal?

Thank you

Click Tools, then Options, then the Send tab; then click the "International
Settings" button and select the default encoding you want there.
