I recently defragmented my hard disk. when I try to
restart, I get the error messages "scandskw caused an
exception 03H in module user32.dll" same with mprexe and
mstask. when I click close on these error messages, the
display seems to hang on a blue screen...no icons or
anything, it makes it difficult to troubleshoot when i
can't even get the "start" button... any help or advice???
