Dad made this one up some 40 years ago.....has oil paints (burnt sienna,
etc) in it. Can't remember all of the recipe, but I have it written out on
here. It too doesn't hide the marks and imperfections of the antiques.....I
can spot a repro from 40 paces!! We only have two of them in the house and
no one can figure out which pieces are new.
Heading for bed too.....making my shortbreads tomorrow, so will be busy for
a while.....want some? Grandma's receipt/recipe from 100 years ago. I
would be 'shot at dawn' if I didn't make them. (G)
