I get this message when I try to open MS Word. First the
hourglass appears and then when I try to stop it, then
message "Dangerously Low System resources." I have alreay
tried to free up resources by deleting the start
programs. What else might help?

>Try pressing Ctrl. alt. delete and seeing what programs
are running. You can end any programs that are running
and free up system resources. Also try browsing your hard
drive and deleting any unneccesary files. You'll be
surprised to find how much gets saved to your computer
without your knowledge.

This problem has nothing to do with "System resources".

Search for and delete all instances of the file "normal.dot"
(without the quotes).

For more information look here.

Hope this helps.
