Help! Help! Help!
I tried to resolve a problem where I was getting more than
150 email failures per day(I think it was a virus). I
downloaded an internet explorer service pack. Now when I
tried to boot the computer, I got the error message "
memory access violation in module kernel 32 at 5825:
26818571" then the screen freezes and the computer will
not continue to boot.
Has anyone experienced this problem? How did you resolve it?
