A friend stopped over with laptop. I fixed many problems, removed trojans,
virus, etc.

Everything is good now but it can't drag/drop or copy/paste.

Help please!!!

Try repairing Internet Explorer (in Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs).

may have messed up Windows ability to copy paste etc....
Either a System Restore or Reloading Windows in FULL
INSTALL MODE seems to be the best answer.
Save all precious files before reinstalling Windows.
