Every time I start up my computer I get this message that
says:
"A device file that is specified in the SYSTEM.INI is
damaged. It may be needed to run windows.
You may need to run the Windows Setup program again. If
the file is included in another software package, you may
need to reinstall the software that uses the file.
VTD
Press a key to continue"
This message pops up right after the "Windows Millenium
Edition" startup screen finishes. The problem is that
when I DO press a key, the same thing happens and it wont
let me actually access anything. The second problem is I
don't know what the VTD stands for. I've tried everything
I can think of, so if someone can help, please do!
