Space on the computer has nothing to do with resources. You may want to
become
familiar with what is running in the background in the Task List or by using
a Process Viewer. First, go to your StartUp folder in Start/Programs/StartUp
and remove everything you don't
need to Start. You can edit most of what's in your Task List by using
Start/Run/msconfig. To get familiar with many of the items in the list, you
can go here:

A program that I also like is Starter. You can find it here:
www.mservers.net/downloads/startersetup.exe. Cleaning up things running in
the background may solve all your problems. Post back and let someone know.
Also, do a complete virus scan with current definitions and scan for SpyWare
with freeware from www.lavasoftusa.com.
If you need to repair or re-install Word, put your CD in. If it does not
autorun, browse to the CD's folder and double-click on setup.exe. Follow the
prompts to repair or reinstall.

Cannot Access Word 2000 (Windows ME) if I click on the
Word icon the system locks up. I can however access all
other applications (i.e. excel) if I don't try to access
Word first. Also receive a message somtimes that
resources are low however there is plenty of space on the
computer.
