Hi everyone. How can I add/update files within a *.cab archive file
please.?

I have downloaded "The Ultimate Boot Disk" and also "F-Prot AV" which is
called from a floppy disk by the UBD. However the virus definitions are out
of date and F-Prot refuses to run. I have the latest F-Prot program and
definitions on my hard drive and would like to copy them into the F-
Prot.cab file on the floppy disk. WinZip and WinRar can both read the cab
file, but neither seems to be able to write to it. Any help would be
appreciated thanks.
