Wshenu.dll is not part of the Win Me operating system nor, as far as I can
determine, part of any application or development kit from Microsoft although
the filename suggests that it might be an English (US) language file used by
Windows Scripting Host. I've found a couple of references in Google groups to
others asking about this file but to date have found nothing conclusive.
I think you might get more help by posting a query to AutoCad support
