Open Preferences, click the plus sign next to the Privacy&Security
heading, if the " Block unrequested popup windows is checked, click the
Allowed Sites button and have the users enter the URL for your site.
Javascript is enabled for Navigator by default and should not be the
issue unless it has been turned off by the user. Scripts&Plugins, under
the Advanced heading.
