There's always the possibility that it's just the registry entry that's in
error.....
Check the version numbers for the following files....
27-Jun-2003 02:19 2003.1100.5426 311,864 Html32.cnv
27-Jun-2003 02:19 2003.1100.5426 116,288 Msconv97.dll
So long as the version numbers on your PC are the same, or higher, than
those above, then you should be able to safely ignore the warning.
BTW, are you using Office? - what is the update status on that, and which
version?? (Help|About, in any Office application)
