when i open help and support theres a section on the bottom called
information from microsoft thats suppose to update its shows when i have it
set for offline help but when i turn on online helpthe whole bottom half it
blank actually its a big empty space i checked with a few friends and theres
are the same way i know there was a problem in xp in the did you know section
that it never updated is there a fix for this issue thanks

i tryed that before decided i ask here about it i checked the folder that its
suppose to be in and its empty so i think help and support needs to be
reinstalled or repaired

i tried those steps to from the pictures on that site i dont have any thing
that looks like thator no errors the top half is fine the bottom half is just
white
