running vista home premium (without the sp1 because it killed my computer).
this problem just started. i have burned numerous dvd data disks up until a
few days ago. audio cds and data cds are burning without a problem, but every
time i try to burn a dvd data disk (using wmp 11 or explorer) it fails. when
using windows explorer, it starts burning then says an error has occurred.
wmp gives me the error C00D10DA. in both instances the event viewer reports a
warning as event id: 51, "an error was detected on device\Device\Cdrom0
during a paging operation."

Have you tried Google? Try typing in event Id: 51 and vista dvd issues and
see what comes up.
