I'm polish but i live in england I've bought a computer for my brother as a
present. unfortunately he doesn't speak english. how can i change the
operating language from english to polish

Hi,

It depends. If you bought Ultimate, you can download and install the
appropriate language pack to do this. If you bought any other version, you
can either a) purchase an upgrade to Ultimate and download the language pack
or b) purchase a full retail copy of the version you want in your preferred
language and install it cleanly.

If the computer has Vista Ultimate or Enterprise edition installed
then you can easily change the Display language. This tutorial will sho
