I have Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 installed on my Vista machine.
However, if I go to Start, Programs and select Microsoft Virtual PC,
nothing happens. Well, that's not strictly true. The logo flashes on
screen for a second or two, and there's a presence on the taskbar.
But if I click on the Virtual PC item on the taskbar it just
disappears. However, if I double-click on the .vmc file the program
opens fine.

This is a problem because I can't seem to change the setting for my
chosen virtual machine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Virtual PC but that didn't solve it. It worked fine up until a couple
of days ago.

Anyone any thoughts?

Thanks

Edward

Problem sorted. The console was there, but it was off screen. Odd
that it remained off screen even after reinstalling. In the end, all
I needed to do was ALT+SPACE and move it with the keyboard arrow keys.
