Any suggestions where I can find great blogs/sites about tuning/tweaking
vista? I'd buy a book, but I'm cheap. If you have book recommendations,
then those would be welcome too.

But, a lot of the books are very skimpy and basically just a manual of
features in Vista. Neowin forums are a great place for information, too.
