Hi,
I have vista premium and it will not boot because the paragon boot manager
wont let it 'I wanted to dual boot with xp but lost power in the middle of
it and now I cannot get into windows at all. Does anyone know a fix for
this? I have no recovery files, they are on the hard drive.

You cannot do it with 'no recovery files'. You will need to get some. A dual
boot isn't something you can do without them.
If you find a way to burn an ISO file to CD, you can boot to this download
and run the "Startup repair" option.
